The cushioning feels balanced—not too soft, but it absorbs impact nicely during longer jogs. Sizing was true for me, though I’d say the toe box runs a tad narrow if you have wider feet. Breathability is decent; my feet didn’t overheat on warmer days. The grip is solid on dry surfaces, but I’ve noticed they slip a bit on wet leaves.
